Cumbrian Delivery Services Ltd is a Cumbria based SME with over 30 years of experience in Operations Management, Maintenance, Engineering, Pre-Operations and documentation consultancy services to highly regulated industries.
Our aim is to provide clients with efficient, cost-effective and fit for purpose solutions to enable projects to successfully transition into a full operational capability and embed the required processes and procedures to ensure a successful operational lifespan.
Our Team
Aaron Lester
Aaron has spent 16 years on a CAT 1 Nuclear facility in multiple roles. He has spent the last 5 years consulting and delivering scope on multiple projects within Project Transition, Pre-Operations and Designers O&M
Paul Zanacchi
Paul is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience working in the nuclear industry with roles in Operations, Training, Mechanical Design and more recently Pre-Operations. For the last 7 years Paul has been supporting major projects on a nuclear site.
Ben Minnican
Over the last 12 years Ben has delivered all aspects of the Pre-Operations scope. This ranges from complex RCM reviews and facilitation to production of Configuration Implementation Management Plans.
